Design Concept

Interior & Materials

The interiors reflect the elegance of Italian craftsmanship with luxury finishes by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors.
Each suite and residence is designed for both short-term and long-term stays, combining comfort with sophistication.
Natural stone, brass detailing, and glass elements highlight the modern Middle Eastern aesthetic.

Sustainability & Technology

The building employs a dual-skin façade system specifically designed for Kish Island's humid climate —
reducing solar gain, improving natural ventilation, and optimizing energy performance.
Integrated green roofs, energy-efficient glass, and smart control systems ensure that sustainability and luxury coexist seamlessly.
"
Our goal was to merge innovation with cultural identity — to create a landmark that feels both futuristic and deeply rooted in Persian heritage.
